Collect your chips!

Thank you for purchasing chips and successfully completing your order.

PLEASE be informed that your poker chips will have to be collected by personally speaking to us on Live Support (see that handsome fellow to the right?).
We repeat, YOUR CHIPS WONT BE AUTOMATICALLY DELIVERED TO YOU -- YOU WILL HAVE TO COLLECT THEM BY PERSONALLY SPEAKING TO US ON LIVE SUPPORT (Live Support is on top, right).

Before proceeding to Live Support - Keep the following handy --

• Your order (or reference) number (check your email).
• Your CURRENT Chip Count.
• Your social network. (Eg: facebook, myspace, tagged, bebo, etc...)
• Optional: Your government-issued Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence).
• ... and lastly, some patience! We have a competent team to entertain your requests, but, we're humans and sometimes we take a tad longer to respond. Be patient, and it will pay you off.
